These Terms govern your use of the UseWaba website and software platform. By accessing or using UseWaba, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

UseWaba is an operational workflow platform built for the WhatsApp Business Platform. It enables businesses to structure customer interactions into workflows. UseWaba is not a messaging provider and does not replace WhatsApp.

2. Service Changes

  • Features may change, be added, or removed as the platform improves.
  • Access may be paused where required for security, abuse prevention, or maintenance.
  • Commercial use is subject to the applicable plan, usage limits, and agreed setup scope.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use UseWaba to:

  • Send spam, abuse, or unsolicited messaging.
  • Violate WhatsApp Business policies.
  • Process unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.

4. Customer Responsibility

Businesses using UseWaba remain responsible for:

  • Compliance with data protection laws.
  • Lawful communication with their customers.
  • Configuration of workflows and message content.

5. Availability

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UseWaba shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Integration With Third Parties

UseWaba may connect to external systems, including WhatsApp, automation tools, CRMs, or internal business systems. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of those services.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform software, architecture, and design remain the property of UseWaba / micro Business Operating Systems.

9. Commercial Terms

Commercial pricing, usage limits, setup scope, and service agreements may vary by plan. Continued use may require acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
